The situation in the Donetsk People’s Republic remains tense.
Over the past day the Ukrainian military shelled the territory of the Republic 105 times. The enemy fired 26 mines of 82mm and 120mm caliber with mortars. Besides, the shelling was carried out with infantry fighting vehicles, different types of grenade launchers and small arms.
The Ukrainian military shelled such localities as: Vesyoloye, Yasinovataya, Spartak, Mineralnoye, Vasilyevka, Sakhanka, Tavricheskoye, Belaya Kamenka, Victorovka, the mine Abakumova and the area of the Donetsk airport.
Brigade commanders Delyatinsky, Shaptal and Sokolov are responsible for violation of the ceasefire regime.
All the data on violation of the Minsk Agreements were handed over to the representatives of the Joint Centre for Control and Coordination and SMM OSCE.
The Intelligence of the Armed Forces of the DPR keeps registering the concentration of heavy weapons along the contact line. Thus, in the area of the locality of Granitnoye (500m before the contact line of troops) there were registered two self-propelled artillery weapons, a MRLS “Grad”, a towed howitzer D-30, besides, registered unloading of 22 boxes with mines inside.

There were registered facts of opening sniper-fire in the area of the locality of Luganskoye on soldiers and civilians wearing St.George Ribbons. For the purpose on the eve of the Victory Day Celebration, a commander of the 1st infantry brigade of the 54th separate mechanized brigade authorized shoots with a long range sniper rifle aimed at increasing the professional level of the Ukrainian punitors. In particular, a soldier from the 54th separate mechanized brigade having a call sign “Smailik” received such an order who practiced on live targets discovered on the territory occupied by the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

Our intelligence keeps registering the facts of violating military discipline, conflicts based on national grounds, self-mutilation and facts when Ukrainian military undermine themselves in the units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on May Days .
Thus, as a result of mishandling with a grenade, in the area of the locality of Artyomovsk Petrov Roman Aleksandrovich, a lieutenant and a soldier of the 25th brigade of the 54th separate mechanized brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine received a fragment wound of the left hand. The commander of the battalion “Kiyevskaya Rus” tried to conceal the real reasons of this incident, having reported on the wound of the soldier to his leadership as a result of the shelling carried out from the positions of the Armed Forces of the DPR.
On May 9, there were registered clashes between the nationalists of the regiment “Azov” and the soldiers of the 36th brigade of the naval infantry near Mariupol. In particular, the soldiers of the naval infantry invited the veterans of the Great Patriotic War to the celebration of the Victory Day to honor winners. However, solemn events were disrupted by drunk nationalists who got to know that the Ukrainian soldiers celebrated the Victory Day. As a result, up to seven soldiers of the naval infantry and several radicals received bodily injuries. It is informed that the radicals used guns airwards to intimidate soldiers. The Veterans were not injured as a result of a showdown.
Our intelligence also discovered the facts of money machinations carried out by the command of the regiment “Azov”. In particular, in aid of personal gain, the key personnel of the regiment put the drafted military personnel into the list of the unit with a delay up to six months from the date of starting a military service. Commanders take this money raised. Therefore, there are registered the cased of a mass transference of soldiers to serve in the 93rd brigade.
And in conclusion, we received very unpleasant information from reliable sources in the 54th brigade. We are asking the leadership of the SMM OSCE for conducting an investigation on the fact of violating regulations of the international organization by separate observers. In particular, the representatives of the Mission OSCE are rendering assistance in transportation of service ammunition by a service vehicle to the positions of the 1st brigade of the 54th separate mechanized brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Besides, in the near future these observers are to transport more three boxes with cartridges of 7.62 mm caliber to the positions of the 1st battalion of the 54th brigade.
This fact is undermining the credibility of the Mission OSCE, due to this we are demanding that similar violations will not be allowed any more.
